Using the tools

Easy Event Map is free to use for personal, nonprofit and business events. Maps you create are yours to print, share and publish for your events.

Your content

Only upload floor plans and images you have the right to use. You're responsible for the content you add to your maps.

Map imagery and data

Map imagery is provided by Esri and its data partners, and road and place data by OpenStreetMap contributors. Keep the credit line that appears on printed and downloaded maps. Don't use the tools to bulk-download map imagery or to build a competing map service.

Accuracy and safety

Satellite imagery may be out of date, and auto-written directions are only a draft. Always verify roads, parking, entrances and directions before sharing your map. Easy Event Map is a planning and wayfinding tool, not a survey, engineering or code-compliance drawing. Confirm capacity, exits, accessibility and safety requirements with your venue and local officials.

No warranties and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on maps made with it.

Advertising and links

The site displays advertising and links to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
